Processing time

Orders are processed on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and shipped within 24 hours. If you place an order after 17:00 or during the weekend, it will be taken to processing the next working day.  Our carriers DPD and PostNL usually deliver the next day. During the Sinterklaas and Christmas period, delivery times can be up to 5 days.

Shipping Confirmation & Track shipment

You will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace number when your order has been shipped. This allows you to view on which day and between which times the package will be delivered.

Carriers:

We ship our products with DPD and Postnl. For shipments in the Netherlands we charge a contribution from € 2.95. We ship all shipments over 75 euros free of charge to private individuals in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For the other countries the rate stated at the check-out.
