it Processing a return costs a maximum of 5 working days. The reimbursement of a return differs per payment method and is also a maximum of 5 working days. In some cases it can take a little longer.

Failed orders

you get a message that the order or payment is Failed, but has money been written off? Then we will pay you back. How quickly you receive the money depends on the reason and on your payment method: technical malfunction
